Outfit for cloudy days

Recently the weather drastically changed: instead of hot June days, we have rain and cold, turbulent wind. For such weather it is useful to have a pair of wellies, so you could walk on muddy parkours, and thick felt hat, which you could put on after taking off your helmet, at the same time preventing a cold.
